Cancellation Policy

After submitting a booking request for services provided by D. M. Ballard Consulting, LLC, you will be sent a payment invoice within 24 to 72 hours to the contact email address that is provided. The invoice will include information regarding payment due dates as discussed in the service agreement. This invoice needs to be completed before your requested service is finalized. You are subject to a cancellation fee if service is cancelled less than 24 hours before the event.
